SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Please plan your orders carefully. Orders normally take 3-10 business days to arrive depending on where the order is shipping to, excluding weekends and holidays. The shipping transit time does not include processing time. Orders will take 1-2 business days for processing ground and air shipments, excluding weekends and holidays. We recommend leaving at least 2 weeks between receiving your order and any events to leave room for adjustments to your orders.

 

Orders are shipped through either UPS or USPS. International orders may take 7-14 days to arrive including passing Customs. Clients are responsible for any sales or customs tax.

 

Rush/Express Orders are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for rush orders, we can only guarantee the date that the shipment will be sent out. Orders will take 1-2 business days for processing ground and air shipments, excluding weekends and holidays.

 

Once an item leaves the warehouse, we are no longer responsible or liable for the safety or arrival of your package. We do not have control or power over how USPS or UPS handles your package.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we DO NOT offer refunds/exchanges on items simply due to being unwanted or a change of mind. However, in the unlikely event you receive an item damaged or faulty we will of course exchange or refund this for you upon return of the product(s). If you do receive a damaged or faulty product you must notify us within the 7 day period starting from the date you received your order. Used-looking products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for return or exchange. Customers are responsible for any return-shipping fee and the original shipping fee to an order is non-refundable. Upon the receipt from your package, the products will be examined and a refund for those products will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Important note; all LA STAR ESTHETICS false eyelashes have been handmade carefully and with love. Since our lashes are handmade, there may be small differences with each strip lash, however this is minor. This is not a fault but part of the unique lash assignment of individual lashes.

If an item may be considered defective or damaged, please email support@lastaresthetics.com indicating your Name, Order Number, and Photos/Videos of the product. Defective or damaged products need to be addressed within 7 days from the day of delivery. If the product is deemed defective or damaged by LA Star Esthetics, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement. Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us, we are happy to resolve the issue.
